By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any service available at jl669.vip (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each User may hold only one (1) registered account on the jl669 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. jl669 is not liable for any losses or issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl669 login credentials — username, password, and any OTP codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your jl669 account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify jl669 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jl669 will never solicit your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

All deposits to your jl669 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and may be subject to reversal and account suspension.

Accepted deposit methods on jl669 include: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jl669 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are credited within standard interbank processing windows, typically within 15 minutes during banking hours. jl669 does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawal requests on jl669 must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your jl669 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received, subject to standard security verification procedures.

jl669 reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts exceeding specified thresholds. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of payment method ownership.

GCash withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically completed within 1–3 business hours during banking days. jl669 will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or system outages outside our reasonable control.

jl669 does not charge a standard withdrawal processing fee for GCash cashouts. Fees may apply for certain bank transfer destinations. Any applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of withdrawal request.

jl669 may offer various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts — that are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

The general bonus conditions applicable to all jl669 Promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise explicitly stated;

In the event of a discrepancy between the game outcome displayed on a User's device and the result recorded in jl669's server logs, the server-side record shall be definitive for all settlement purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl669 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage;

All content on the jl669 Platform — including but not limited to the jl669 brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl669 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from jl669.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl669 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the jl669 Platform.

jl669's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jl669 account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
